By using the services provided by FixItFast Riverton Towing, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all customers who request towing, roadside assistance, or related services from our company.

2. Services Provided

FixItFast Riverton Towing provides emergency towing, roadside assistance, flatbed towing, long-distance towing, motorcycle towing, accident recovery and winching, junk car removal, and heavy-duty towing services. All services are subject to availability and may vary based on location, time, and vehicle type. We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine that a request is unsafe, illegal, or beyond our operational capacity.

3. Payment and Pricing

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Price quotes provided over the phone or online are estimates based on the information you provide. Final charges may vary depending on actual distance, time, vehicle condition, and additional services required. You are responsible for all charges incurred for services rendered, including any storage fees if applicable.

4. Liability and Insurance

FixItFast Riverton Towing carries commercial liability insurance and takes every precaution to protect your vehicle during towing and transport. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage to your vehicle, damage caused by road conditions, or damage resulting from the mechanical failure of your vehicle. You acknowledge that towing inherently carries some risk, and you agree to hold us harmless for any damages that occur beyond our reasonable control. If you believe damage occurred during our service, you must report it to us within 24 hours.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your vehicle, its location, and the nature of your emergency. You must remove all personal belongings from your vehicle before it is towed, as we are not responsible for items left inside. You must also ensure that your vehicle is free of hazardous materials, illegal substances, or contraband. If you fail to disclose important information that affects the safety or legality of the tow, you may be held liable for any resulting consequences.

6. Cancellations and No-Shows

If you need to cancel a service request, please contact us as soon as possible. If our driver has already been dispatched and is en route to your location, you may be charged a cancellation fee to cover fuel and time. If you are not present at the pickup location when our driver arrives, we may charge a no-show fee. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before applying these fees.

7. Disputes and Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding our services, please contact us directly so we can work to resolve the issue. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns. If we cannot resolve the dispute through direct communication, you agree to pursue resolution through mediation or arbitration in accordance with Utah state law.

8. Modifications to Terms

FixItFast Riverton Towing reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
